چکیده

Background: Main stay of treatment acute Bronchiolitis is general supportive care, such as oxygenation, aspiration respiratory tract secretions, and hydration therapy. Recent research indicates that breathed hypertonic saline a potential treatment. Objective: To compare the mean length hospital clinical bronchiolitis score salbutamol nebulized in normal versus children with bronchiolitis. Material methods Study Design: Randomized controlled design Setting: Department pediatrics, Fatima Memorial Hospital, Lahore. Duration Study: 6 months after approval study i.e. from 12th April 2017 to October 2017. Data Collection Procedure: Relevant parameters were identified, CBSS was computed. Using random tables, cases divided among two groups given or nebs. The determined. Clinical Severity Score (CBSS) recorded based on various variables. Version 17 statistical package for social sciences used analysis. Result: Patients group had age 13.56.66 months, while those 12.46.58 months. In receiving salbutamol, there 29 males 31 females. There 32 men 28 women group. After 24 hours, 6.132.47, whereas group, it 4.881.75. hours treatment, difference significant between (P0.05). duration hospitalization 3.920.81 days 3.050.77 both groups, marked Conclusion: Thus, more effective than reducing stay.
